The series continuous vertical machine is a series of new centrifugal separation equipment independently researched, designed and developed by our factory based on the technology of nuclear engineering Shao. This design aims to solve the technical problems of complex transmission and feeding systems, as well as operational vibration, heat generation, and other similar equipment, and achieve automatic continuous and efficient operation. It optimizes the design in terms of technical design, structural rationality, and energy consumption, achieving maintenance free work and making significant technological breakthroughs. It has developed the existing filtration centrifugal separation technology equipment at home and abroad to a new level, and has obtained a national invention patent.
This machine meets the requirements of modern production in terms of technology, with automatic, continuous, large processing capacity, strong material adaptability, and no need to add coagulants. It can effectively adjust and control the liquid content of the material and the solid content of the discharged liquid. Widely used in the wood chip washing and extrusion water process of the artificial board manufacturing industry for the dehydration and separation of debris and sediment, the separation of yellow wine, rice wine, and distiller's grains in the alcohol industry after food fermentation, environmental protection and specific production processes in industries such as chemical, inorganic salt, pharmaceutical, papermaking, agricultural and sideline product processing, and urban sewage treatment, creating favorable conditions for reducing operating costs in subsequent sewage treatment. To a certain extent, it is an upgraded product of old-fashioned equipment such as three legged centrifuges, plate and frame filter presses, horizontal screws, vacuum drums, vacuum belt filters, belt filters, and upper cone basket centrifuges.

Working principle
The material enters axially from the small drum to remove most of the water, and the concentrated material is accelerated and distributed to the large drum using a fabric spreader. The national disc fabric spreader is used to prevent uneven distribution of the material from causing vibration, resulting in stable and reliable operation with low noise. Due to the equal angular velocity and linear velocity of the material distributed to the large drum, the wear on the filter screen is minimal, greatly extending the service life of the filter screen. As the filtrate and filter residue are isolated from the rotating components, no lubrication is required, and there is no heating phenomenon during operation, which can achieve maintenance free operation.
